1. General Information

We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.

2. Data Collection

We collect data to provide you with tailored nutrition plans and to manage your subscription:

• Optional Personal Metrics: You may voluntarily provide your year of birth, gender, body weight, and sweat rate. These data points are used exclusively to refine the AI-generated nutrition calculations.

• Activity Inputs: Details regarding your planned activities provided during the planning process.

• Subscription Data: We collect technical identifiers to manage your premium status. This is handled via our service provider Adapty.

3. Data Processing and Third-Party Services

To provide our services, we work with the following sub-processors:

• Google Gemini (AI): The activity data and your optional personal metrics (weight, gender, etc.) are sent to Google’s Gemini API to calculate your nutrition plan. Important: We do not send names or contact details to the AI. The data is processed as an anonymous set of metrics.

• Adapty: We use Adapty to manage and validate your App Store / Google Play Store subscriptions. Adapty processes transaction IDs and anonymized user IDs to ensure your premium access is active.

• App Stores: Payments are processed directly by Apple or Google. We do not have access to your credit card or bank information.

4. Local Storage (Privacy by Design)

Your activity history and past nutrition plans are stored exclusively on your local device. We do not sync your past activities to our own servers or any cloud storage. If you delete the App or change your device, this local history will be lost unless you have created a manual backup of your device (e.g., via iCloud or Google Backup).

5. Legal Basis (GDPR)

If you are located in the EU, the processing of your data is based on:

• Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR: For the performance of the contract (providing nutrition plans and managing subscriptions).

• Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR: For the optional personal metrics (weight, sweat rate, etc.) which you provide voluntarily (Consent).

6. Data Retention

• Subscription Data: Stored as long as needed to manage your access via Adapty.

• Personal Metrics: Stored until you delete them in the App settings.

• Activity History: Remains on your device until you delete the App or clear the App data.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data. Since your activity history is only stored locally, you can exercise your right to deletion simply by removing the data within the App or uninstalling it.
